We’re still on our Annapurna trek in Nepal, but thought you might like a little review of our friend Bacon’s adventures. For those of you first meeting the little guy, you can check out his bio on our About Us page. Cheers!

    Bacon in Sweden

By the time we arrived in Sweden our good natured little friend had lost all hope of enjoying our trip. He just wasn’t prepared for the reality of the eternal movement necessary on one of these backpacking adventures. To help calm his nerves we promised an easy summer month in Sweden, which we thought we delivered.

Despite the loving environment the Engstroms provided, Bacon still showed tendencies to rebel. He had moved onto wine, but the drinking tendency showed no signs of easing up. He tried to stage a massive coup, which we thankfully stopped before it got out of hand. All in all, we just had to chalk it up to a learning experience. We learned that our little friend Bacon is a brat.
